Kentrospine® PSS provides single and multilevel fixation modular assemblies consisting of Monoaxial, Polyaxial, Dual Core, Reduction, and Fenestrated Pedicle screws backed by specialized PSS locking caps, longitudinal rods, and cross-linking connectors.

The semi-conical screw shaft geometry combined with specific cortico-cancellous spacing creates supreme pull-out protection matrix stability. The internal star-drive mechanism effectively isolates tightening tools from accidental slippage, minimizing intraoperative disruptions.
